Each resident room is equipped with "Sleep SCAN" (Paramount Bed Co., Ltd.). The condition of each resident (sleeping, waking, getting up, and leaving bed) is checked in real time.

Installation of Ziaino

Sodium Hypochlorite Air Disinfector and Deodorizer "Ziaino" (Panasonic) has been installed to keep the space clean 24 hours. We focus on prevention of infectious diseases such as influenza and norovirus.

Application of Diamond Magic (ultradispersed diamonds catalyst) Coating

We apply an anti-bacterial/anti-viral coating agent, which is also used in the restrooms of Japan Airlines and Tokyo Station, to enhance the hygienic environment throughout the facility. It is also effective against COVID-19 and norovirus.

Installation of Synca

Light regulates biological rhythm and improves the quality of sleep. The color of the light is also designed to be changed with the seasons. Synca is installed in the common space on each floor and in front of the entrance.

We have installed bath equipment that allows even the most severely handicapped person to enjoy bathing.
