Situated on high grounds in Maiko, Special Nursing Home for the Elderly Orange Kobe looks over Akashi-Kaikyo bridge and provides a peaceful view of Awaji Island and Seto Inland Sea. Its location allows natural light from all directions, keeping the rooms bright. In the morning, the tenants are met with birds chirping, and during the day, with cheerful voices of children from the neighboring school.
Orange Kobe is open to a wide range of demography from infants to elderlies. The main building has five floors and can accommodate up to 80 elderlies (including short-stays), and the south building has three floors with a nursery and day care for people with disability (accommodates up to 20 people).
70 employees now work at the facility, providing services to users such as meals, health maintenance, free time activities, and administration.
